This is expensive unless you get it on sale. I have IBD and it helps my stomach and colon so I have a shake once a day. It says it controls hunger but honestly I haven't noticed a difference in my appetite and I haven't lost any weight either and I am overweight. I have been having a shake now for several months too but I didn't purchase this for weight loss. Sometimes a meal will upset my stomach and colon so this replacement shake works good. I just wish it was more affordable.

Love this!
I've been using Slim Fast on and off for a few years and whenever I try a different brand of meal replacement, I always find myself coming back to Slim Fast. I just prefer them! The rich chocolate is really nice and the flavor tastes great. I blend mine with oat milk, so it's a thick consistency which I prefer. I don't feel hungry for a few hours.
