Our household has agreed to use the orange tray exclusively for raw foods and the black tray for cooked foods. Having this sold as a pair is a brilliant way to avoid cross contamination of foods. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is a very nice set of grill prep trays. They are extremely sturdy but I also enjoy how thin and stackable they are. Definitely helps with conserving space in cabinets/drawers. I appreciate the color coding to make it easy to keep raw and cooked foods separate.
