product is junk

the product clams to be android 8 and then android 9 but when you get the product it is android 7.1.2 and there is no way to update the device plus there is no serial number on or in the settings menu. it doesn't function as they claim it does it frezzes up at times and doesn't respond to the remote all the time. I even sent the seller an email about the problems with the device and almost a week later and no communication from the seller. the device is not worth the price or the hassle of trying to get it to work.

whats the differance 1 star

i don,t see very much differane between this one and the onn tv box for 19.98..only price, mine is 4k uhd my remote is very nice, has google voice chromecast built in..
