This is not high-quality, this surely cannot be the best umbrella base out there according to their advertisement, it is cheap. It is not heavy. Duty It did not come with very good instructions. It took me forever to get it put together properly. It's still not put together properly. It was very difficult. I was expecting it to be better quality easier to put together. I am very disappointed.
