Great for making uniform patties. I keep the hamburger from sticking by putting a wax paper on bottom and another one on top, then I use the top paper for the bottom of the next patty. I used it to make 5 oz patties and the beef came nearly up to the top of the ring. I'm thinking that I may try making 4 oz patties the next time.
