It's a brand that's been around since I was a kid better than one day vitamins and I take the 50 because it has more B vitamins than the regular. When you reach 50 you wake up one day and your energy is gone and everything hurts. No lie.

The list of included vitamins and minerals is lengthy, and the daily values provided are significant. I like that there's no strange aftertaste, too. The cap is oversized and easy to twist on and off. They're also verified nonGMO and are gluten-free.
