Nice Bell, Poor Packaging

I'm rating five stars because I'm sure the item itself is perfectly fine. I will be returning it because it was poorly packaged and arrived broken. I can't understand why they put such a small product in a large box with one tiny piece of padding. The lack of padding allowed the bell to bounce around in the box and get beat up by fedex during shipping. So 5 stars for the bell, but zero Stars for shipping and whoever packaged it. I would upload a picture but the app keeps giving me an error message.

Dingy %26 loud bell

I used this bell for Bunco and had compared it with one that was purchased on Amazon in a Bunco box. This one was much dingier and louder so all the ladies could know the round was begining or ending. My friend's toddler also got a kick out of it and loved ringing it.
