Place the McKesson underpad on the bed, chair, sofa, or wheelchair with the topsheet facing up and the backsheet facing down. Position the underpad so it covers the area where protection is needed. For incontinence use, center the pad under the user’s hips or lower back. Smooth the underpad to ensure full contact with the surface and help prevent shifting. Replace after it becomes wet or soiled. Dispose of the used pad in a trash receptacle and do not flush. Store unused incontinence bed pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

everything goes through these clothlike blue ones
I dont get it, I read air can go through and that they were good for low air loss pressure mattresses, so I purchased. These blue ones should be in a category of there own, they should state for the user to have a reusable pad underneath, because everything goes through, really, there's no trapping of any liquid. I kept using the batch because I needed to keep moisture away from my dads skin, because air can travel through, (hence the 2 stars), it works that way, w/a reusable, washable pad underneath to keep the bed dry and clean.
