I LOVE IT. I'm always hot, but my family is always cold so the apartment stays between 73-75 degrees which kills me at night. I didn't want an air conditioner necessarily because I just need something that can blow on my head and shoulders at night. This is perfect! The screen goes off after a minute so there's is no light anywhere unless you push a button on your phone or on the remote to turn the screen on or change a setting. The speed goes from 1-6 and it's super quiet even up to level 4 (which I keep it around 3 or 4 because I need some noise), but what's crazy is I can still feel the air from across the room on level 1. It also has a setting that lets me lower the temperature of the air flowing out of it by (-) however many degrees less than whatever my room temperature is; for example it's 73 in the apartment but I have it set to -5 so the airflow temperature is 68 degrees. This makes it so that that we can keep the apartment on 73 so my mom is happy, but I'm no longer sweating at night. It's been great the last few nights. I've turned it off and on from work too so that my room would be chillier by the time I got home and it works great! It has other settings but i haven't used those so i can speak on them. I bought this one on sale, but knowing what i know now, I would pay the original price to buy another one. I went through way too many sweaty nights with multiple $25-$40 fans before I purchased this one.
