Good Bed Great value. Need different mattress

Easy setup, one of controls for feet didn't work right away but found an unplugged cord underneath and everything is well labeled so fixed in 5mins. Bed is heavy but shipped in different boxes on a pallet. when you break down the pallet no problem getting it in the house with 2people. The only complaint i have currently is the mattress. I got the medium and with the memory foam it is just not for us. I am currently working on exchanging the mattress for the 14" softer one. We will see how exchange process goes. But for now, not much sleep with current mattress but tons of adjustability, and I am hopeful for good exchange process and a hopping a mattress switch does the trick.

Great bed bundle. We have the queen. you will need some serious help getting it to the room of choice. Set up was super easy just be careful when you turn it over. It's heavy. It's heavy. It's heavy. I hired moving help and I was seriously lucky that one of them was built like a linebacker. Plugged it in and works just fine from moment one. Be sure to about all the time downs and be careful not to cut cords. I will have this bed for a long time. The mattresses is perfect. Thank you.
