Very tight

The material is soft and comfortable but it's too tight all around even after ordering one size up already. I received a second pair a week after I received my order. It was sent to me by mistake and I contacted Customer Service because I wanted to return something that I didn't order. They responded to inform me that they contacted the vendor ( Daily Wear Sportswear) in my behalf and will get a response within 48 hours. That was on Oct. 15 and I haven't received any word from them.
