Henckels Dynamic 15 Pieces Knife Block Set

I did a lot of investigating before purchasing these, and for the price I think these perform extremely well as they are super sharp (my husband has cut himself twice already because he was used to using our 32 year old dull knives). Our son used to work in a restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at how well these performed compared to the professional knives he used at the restaurant. I deducted a star because of how the blades look to me, and the fact that one of them already has rust on the small strip of metal on the handle in less than a month of ownership. We seriously have to wash and dry them immediately after use (no letting them sit in the sink or even air dry after washing). And the blades just look a little dull. So, performance wise, they are 5 stars. Aesthetically, they are 4 stars to me. Overall, a great value in my opinion.

I love my new knives! I have been using old dull knives my whole life and these are fabulous! The only issue was that I was missing the utiliy knife and received a 7th steak instead. I called the company and *might(?)* be getting the utility knife shipped to me. Haven’t gotten it yet.
