BUYERS BEWARE!

This is a terrible product that I will never order again. Opened the box and the top piece popped opened. The water dispensing pieces (cold, and warm) fell off and I had to put it back in place. I closed the top thinking everything would be fine. Boy was I wrong! Plugged in the machine in and placed my 5 gallon bottle in the spot below. The machine started dispensing water immediately, I have never owned a self cleaning machine, thought it was normal. It dispensed my entire 5 gallon bottle and that's when I realize this cannot be normal. Put the machine back into the box and its going back to Walmart. Maybe I had the defective machine, maybe the carrier dropped it as the package did arrive with the bottom of the box damaged. But that being said I will never try this brand again!

Worth the price

Fantastic water cooler! The only thing I wish is that there was more room by the tap and drip tray to fill your water bottle. As the water is getting cold or cleaning it's a little noisy but not a big deal. Love the under mount water bottle so I don't have to lift it.

Looks nice. The water load mechanism under is great. Locks onto top of bottle and bends so it gets all the water out of bottom the jug. The pump motor is VERY quiet compared to my old one. I can get a very tall glass under fill area. Only thing missing is a night light under top of dispense area for night filling.
