A Hassle-free experience.
First of all, the product came as advertised. It looked very new even though it was refurbished and, it worked perfectly. Secondly, it arrived on time without any problems. Thirdly, Walmart shipped it to my PO Box which Amazon could not do. For me the PO Box was much more safer and easier than my home address but they would not ship any laptop I chose to a PO Box.
