This astaxanthin supplement has been excellent for supporting my skin health and reducing oxidative stress. The 12 mg dosage is effective, and the softgels are easy to take. I've noticed a clearer complexion and a general sense of well-being since incorporating it into my routine.

Astaxanthin had an immediate and noticeable impact on my chronic knee pain. alongside my resilience in general. I don't know how, but it has. Good product but a bit expensive.
