Works great. Do not overfill. Recommend macadamia nut milk %26 pre-packaged smoothie packs. Let liquid %26 fruit emulsify in the unit before blending for approximately 2 minutes. Then blend 3 times (they’re programmed 30-second blend cycles). Sometimes the smoothie packs or cubes can be too much for the blender. Save it for later with a clip! The next smoothie doesn’t have to be as big. That’s what this blender is for. Keep it leisurely and relax. The nutrients work better this way. It’s a good blender all-around for someone who values health and personal time..even if you’re in a hurry. That’s why I left this review. To explain a technique I worked out for people who work fast with their hands/heads. Work it into your kitchen routine and put some dishes away or something while you’re mincing around. I’ve broken every blender before this and I made sure to focus on not breaking this one because it’s really nice. I too, worked my way up from the nutri-bullet. Plus it’s a very nice color.
