Looks nice but it lacks quality!

I attempted to cancel this queen size platform bed ordered within hours of placing it with no luck. Because it was a 3rd party—Walmart couldn't help me. I contacted the company directly a dozen times with no response. Item was shipped regardless 3 days later, and I accepted it. The platform bed and trundle was a nightmare to put together…instructions were next to none. No words just part numbers, no steps, and a diagram with zero instructions. After several hours to complete, the frame looked nice but i don't think it'll last…lacks quality, not study, and it's very flimsy. Day two and the support poles are already bending. Even the support poles on the twin trundle is bending…with a 50lb child. I think this queen platform will work for a youth but def not adults long term, especially with a 400lb weight limit. I don't recommend this platform bed! Customer service—none! Assembly instructions—none! Quality—-none! And you have to pay for shipping! Not worth it.
