Jams A Lot
This machine thoroughly shreds but as a result is finicky and unsuitable for anything other than small jobs involving very confidential materials. For less confidential stuff, I find a cheape, bnon-cross-cut shredder is much faster and less likely to jam.

Piece of JUNK I returned it within the first 24
This is such a piece of JUNK!! IT jams constantly even with (4) pieces of paper. Doesn't reverse to un- jam. Over heats. Shredded with self feed for about 2 minutes then stopped, then that wouldn't work. It was a complete waste of time and money I went and returned it back to Walmart the very next day. It is made very cheaply! I have had about (4) shredders over the past 20 years and this by far was the worst!. This seemed like it would be great due to the space I have available. That was one of the reasons I was considering Swingline but they had better just focus on the staplers..... This is truly JUNK! Going back to FELLOWS Brand
