Lutein recommended by ophthalmologist
Appears to be good product in comparison to similar products. Daily dose of lutein was recommended by ophthalmologist though he was promoting and selling another brand at higher cost through his office. Unable to measure results as this is for long term benefits and since personally not an expert in assessing ingredients, can only give 4 stars. But no side effects or other known issues.
