You need to reinforce this processor with duck tape, or silver tape or any strong tape before using it. Don't grab it by the handle, because is too weak. The cutting edges are really sharp, pay attention when washing and putting stuff inside. I use 50lb of onions a week, and before the commercial onion cutters, costing hundreds of dollars, and after trying the Kinja's, and all others, I like this the most. Peel the onion, cut it in 4 and turn the crank 10 times. Voila!
