Love it
Love having a warm dry towel ready when I come out of shower. The best thing about this warmer is you can leave it on all the time. With multiple racks you can dry other things while drying towels

One broken and towels hardly toasty
The brushed nickel look is very nice. The build quality is fine except one came with a broken foot. It wasn't damaged in transit because it had 4 plastic washers on it instead of the black plastic foot that was broken with pieces loose in the bag. The rails indeed do get hot but they only transfer heat to the towel where they touch. Would have been better if there were twice as many rails and they were staggered so more of the towel touched them.
