Marketside Bavarian Style Pretzel Hamburger Buns, 19.2 oz, 6 Count

I love using pretzel buns for my burgers, and these are every bit as good as any other brand I've used. The other "name" brand sold at my WM comes in a 4 pack, and I wanted more than that, so gave these a try, hoping they'd be as good as, or even better than, the other brand. These were delicious. Although the package is at a higher price than the other brand, you get 6 instead of 4, so the per ounce price is lower, making them a better value. But, even though they're a better value, I also require a product to be tasty, fresh and well made, otherwise the value isn't there even when the price is lower. These buns passed my expectations in every category and I highly recommend them.

In my opinion these are the best pretzel buns, but the price is insanely high compared to a few years ago. The only downfall with these is that the packaging is cheap. These tend to be frozen by Wal-Mart so when they bring them out for display sometime the rough handling of the package breeches the cheap packaging. If you do get these and they are not open you should put them in a better bread bag for storage.
