3-Year Limited Warranty
Carpenter Co. warrants to the original purchaser or user that the accompanying product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during the warranty period, this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge. Notice of a claim under this warranty must be given promptly in writing, in no case later than 45 days after discovery of the defect. Defective products must be returned, along with the invoice, prepaid to Carpenter at the address stated below. Carpenter will prepay shipping charges for the replaced product. Use of the product diminishes the loft of the filling material. Since this is an anticipated characteristic of the filling material, Carpenter makes no warranty with respect to the natural settling of the filling material. This warranty will become void if the product shows signs of careless handling, if the product is ripped or torn or if the attached flammability warning is removed from the product. In addition, this product must be protected during use by a protective cover and all cleaning must be done in accordance with Carpenter’s care and use instructions. Except as set forth above, Carpenter makes no other warranties, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no case will Carpenter be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach or warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict product liability including without limitations, damage to property or other economic losses. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All claims relating to this limited warranty should be addressed to: Customer Service Department, Carpenter Co., 5016 Monument Avenue, Richmond, VA 23230.

Extremely comfortable

So comfortable and a great investment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a firm believer in adding a memory foam mattress topper to your existing mattress. I was experience hip and back pain with my mattress but once I added this topper everything changed. I am no longer having pain which wakes me up during the night. This elevated my sleeping experience to a different level. It's like getting a brand new mattress for my bed. The only thing was I had to invest in deep pocket sheets to accommodate the topper but it was well worth it. I would 100% recommend this for anyone experiencing pain on their normal mattress.
