This is not a cheap item, but it works so much better than the other ones we tried (even the ones with the thick white zinc paste). This product actually HEALS, it's not just a cover up. By the next day, the inflammation has always gone down, the flesh from red to pink or better, and wounds (caused by scratching) healing %26 closing up. Has worked to effectively heal even when dealing with deep bed sores.
