Unhappy Flowered pants

I ordered a size bigger than I usually wear and the pants were still too small.. I thought they were going to look more like a pair of flowered jeans but instead they were like flowered leggings and the length of the pants were way too short.. In the photo the pants are long and touching the girls shoes.. When I got them on they were way above my ankles (Not cute at all).. I'm giving them to the Goodwill.. Not Happy with the flowered pants!!!
