I was skeptical, but these work. Helping with lactation - I was only able to pump an ounce from both before and now Im getting tripple that. Flavor - pretty good but dry. Definitely need to have water on hand. Value - there are alot of cookies to each bag. They served their puppse and I will buy again. The only other thing I tried was the UpFlow Milk Spring drink and that didnt do anything for me. Full disclaimer - I ate two bags in the first three hours of having these. I've found that two bags a day significantly increased my production.
