A diaphragm pump (also known as a membrane pump) is a positive displacement pump that uses the reciprocating action of a rubber, thermoplastic, or PTFE diaphragm and a combination of suitable valves on either side of the diaphragm (check valve, butterfly valve, flap valve or any other form of shut-off valve) to pump the fluid. The product is about a 35GPM pneumatic double diaphragm pump with a 1-inch inlet and outlet. This powerful pneumatic double diaphragm pump QBY4-25L has a 1" inlet and 1" outlet and is capable of pumping 35 gallons per minute at temperatures up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for use with low-viscosity petroleum fluids. Rugged construction. Rugged construction - corrosion resistant, reliable performance, and long life. Bolt-on construction designed for leak-free fluid handling. Ideal for use with water. The diaphragm pump is easy to operate and widely used in various industries, such as petroleum, metallurgy, mining, coating materials, printing, paper, water treatment, automotive, etc.
