Good looking motor, bad wiring diagram

Motor seems fine, but the wiring diagram on motor case only mentions 4 wires, when in reality there are 9 loose wires with no instructions on how those are connected. Those other wires go to the capacitors and thermal overload switch and need to be connected in the correct configuration to work properly. NO information on how to do that.
