For the health of it ...
Years ago my daughter was having issues with her cholesterol being high with no coming down. She read about taking the red yeast rice %26 CoQ to help lower her levels. It worked amazingly %26 after 6 months she was normal again. I began taking this for my own similar issues after a favorite person on a YouTube channel recommended it. Positive difference with it. I try to carefully pick out the brands that meet my very specific demands. This is a quality winner. My doctor was super supprised with the results from my added supplements, kitchen cubbard spices %26 some cutback amounts of bad for me foods. Wal-Mart has a wonderful selection to pull from.
