1999-2004 Volkswagen Jetta Duraflex VT-R Front Bumper Cover - 1 Piece

The bumper did not fit at all. I had to cut it and extend it an entire inch to get it even closer to mounting. I asked for some kind of compensation and they said that the best they could do was a $90 refund off of the $420 that I paid for it. I now have about 10hrs of work into this and still have more to do. I understand some fabrications but to have to cut it in half to extend it by an inch is absurd. My delivery wasn't on time and I was charged for the delivery of 2 septate products that were delivered together. I normally wouldn't say nothing but it cost me $190 per item to ship and they were delivered in the same box. That's a total of $380 in shipping. I'm not happy about it. And by the way, I was supposed to be refunded $90 for the front bumper and only received $84.11. Please tell me how that works!? I'm very dissatisfied! I really hope the rear bumper fits better than the front bumper! It shouldn't even say the car that it fits because it definitely didn't fit! It should be advertised as universal. That is most definitely false advertisement! I feel I'm being scammed and that's no way that any customer should ever feel.
