Squirrel Proof

It is actually squirrel proof. Just keep far enough away from branches and objects where they could jump onto it. This is my third. They last years but mine all rust put from moisture where the pole goes into the base despite the plastic cap on the pole they use. They are not cheap but I have saved money without birdseed theft from squirrels. I don't mind the squirrels getting seeds dropped by birds on the ground. Best feeder I have ever had and that's why I am a return customer.
