Elkay warrants to the original purchaser of an Elkay stainless steel sink that Elkay will, at its option, replace or repair, without charge, such product if it fails due to a manufacturing defect for a lifetime of normal residential use. Product replacement does not include transportation cost or labor installation cost. This warranty covers only stainless steel self-rimming drop-in sinks installed in a conventional countertop surface and stainless steel undermount sinks installed in a conventional solid surface countertop and applies to residential installations only. Elkay reserves the right to examine product in question and its installation prior to replacement. WASTE FITTINGS AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT WARRANTED

Looks great 23 years and counting...

We bought this sink in 1995 for a single family residence. It has gotten regular to heavy use and it still looks fine almost 24 years later. We are considering replacing it with a single bowl sink. If we do, we will be looking at the Lustertone line again.

Nice finish but bent outer rim/edge

I bought this sink from build.com and it arrived with a bent edge (which I thought was possibly due to shipping) so I initiated a return and got a replacement sink that arrived today. The replacement sink is also defective--this time in two places--with a bent corner and a small dent up near the faucet hole, and this time it was NOT due to shipping (the box was in perfect condition when it arrived). The Lustertone finish is beautiful, but I'm beginning to wonder if there is a sink of this model that is not defective and bent along the edge. For the price, I expected something of better quality. The first two photos below show the original sink and the other four are from the replacement that was also defective.
