I liked the service that came to put it together, it was definitely worth the $100 to have it assembled correctly. Shoppers should know, if you get it delivered, they don't bring it in the house for you, they leave it outside and it is very heavy so you should have someone to help you bring it in availabile.

Easy to use treadmill. I am a beginner and I wasn't able to use the app or the wristband that came with the treadmill. I needed it to help me loose weight. The app and wristband are needed. This treadmill constantly cycle the speed, distance, time ,and calories. I started at a slow speed, but I am now, after a little over a month, walking a mile a day. My daughter wants one because of the ease of use.
