Instructions:
- Anti-Slip Suction Cups: To hold your phone securely while it charges, the suction cups on this power bank must be clean. If you notice a loss of suction, clean the suction cups with a damp cloth. Keep the suction cups clean at all times to ensure a strong hold on your phone.
- Wireless Charging: Make sure the power bank's wireless feature is on when trying to charge wirelessly. The power bank will not charge if the wireless feature is not activated. To turn on the wireless feature, press the power button. The status light indicator will turn red to show that the wireless feature is now on.
- Case Friendly: The suction cups on this charger are designed for smooth, flat phone cases. If your case is not flat and smooth, the suction cups may not hold it securely.
- Instructions for attaching and charging your phone: To use the power bank for wireless charging, align the power bank's wireless charging area on the back of the device with your phone's wireless charging area. If properly aligned, the status LED light next to the battery indicator lights will turn green, and the power bank will start charging. If the two wireless charging areas are not aligned, the status LED light will turn red, and the power bank will not initiate wireless charging.
- Universally compatible with all smartphones that are capable of wireless charging. See the list of compatible devices below.
