Design is flawed

tshell223 perfectly described the issue with this bar. The exact thing happened and is currently happening to my bar. Set screw Will not stay tight and after many times of screw being retightening Allen wrench spins in screw head. Would not buy this product again. The single bar and hand towel rack work find. I may try to drill out the screw but that will most likely damage the threads in the base. Moen should sell parts for this thing so when it does fail you don't have to buy a whole new towel rack which I don't intend to do.
