Great Product

My L4601 s still working after 20+ years. Replaced the cartridge twice through Moen Service Center, so it hasn't cost me anything but a little time to install.

Plastic piece inside broke

Have had this product for a bit of over a year. Plastic piece inside of faucet which aids in turning on/off broke causing it to be unusable.

Would not shut off

I bought this before I realized Moen faucets are overpriced and cheaply made. The thing intermittently would not shut off unless I whacked it. I bought a DELTA and kept it on hand for the inevitable day that the Moen intermittent problem became permanent and that is what happened. I will stick with Delta.
