Very durable, easy to assemble and because it weighs 75 lbs., is very quiet while traveling, even with no load. Only complaint; did not include bolts necessary for assembly. It appeared someone had opened the box and removed the hardware and manual package. I called Wal-Mart Customer Service and it was quickly resolved. Kudos!

This rack is a great product. The size is perfect, esp when combined with the rain-proof bag from the same company. Fortunately for me, I bought the bag with another online merchant. I ordered this item with Rush processing and shipping, which I paid extra for, and it was neither handled quickly or shipped express. I ordered it five days before I planned to use, and again thinking with rush shipping I was good, and we were waiting at the fed-ex location for the package to arrive so we could leave town on the fifth day... Last WalMart.com order for me.
