Good but....
....Headset works well. I am tiny and not in love with the options to wear this one (vs the previous version). One feature I dislike strongly is the voice over when turning mute on or off. It seems like a good feature until you want to toggle the mute while on a conference call and you can't hear the speaker during toggle. I have found it to be very disruptive and unlike a typical mute feature.
