Good battery, follow install process.

Exact replacement. When installing, need to run laptop without battery, turn off windows battery monitor, turn off PC, install battery, turn PC on , then turn windows battery monitor on. This ensures Windows sees new battery and will charge it. Acer aspire v5 laptop.
