I have been on a Ketovore Diet for almost 20 years now. My go to snack on the run are these snack sticks and GV whole milk mozzarella sticks. Beef or Original flavor are in my cart weekly. You need protein, and these are the perfect grab and stay full source. Klements makes excellent white cheddar brats which are also a menu staple in my house.

Delicious, low calorie & protein-rich snack

These snack sticks are delicious! I like that they are refrigerated vs shelf-stable and provide 4 grams of protein for only 80 calories. Flavor is good & outside of snack stick is springy, but not chewy. There's just a hint of spiciness & my kids loved them too.
