Excellent dosage. One pill and I'm covered. The only place I found 10 000 iu. The package comes with 110 pills and will last more than 3 mo. Helping me with sun deficiency during the winter. The quality of this brand will guarantee and maintain my bone strength

Excellent!
I've been taking this vitamin D for a few days now. I take 2 because I'm really low in vitamin D. The first day I took them I felt this sense of relief in my body like all of my muscles just relaxed. It was so interesting. Usually I feel tight and tense but I have felt really good and my body feels so much better!
