Quiet Glamor
his package of unusual gift-wrap looked so pretty on Walmart's website, I went ahead and bought it, hoping it would work out for a wedding gift. It turned out to be just beautiful. There were three sheets each of seven translucent colors, all of them in soft pastels with ¼" of gold edging on all four sides. The sheets felt like plastic more than they did paper, almost as if coated somehow. They'll crease when you want them to, but don't even bother trying to tear them, because they won't. They draped beautifully, though, and I confidently wrapped a heavy bronze plaque without concerns that it would tear through at the corners. After the wedding dinner I was told that guests had been admiring my work. I do recommend this unusual paper.
