Q1:Is the Heated Jacket Package with the Battery?

--A1: No. You need to prepare a power back when you wear this heated jacket.

Q2: I normally wear size Medium and i've a little worry about the szie, which size should i order?

--A2: we are Asian Size,run smaller than US size,so i will suggest you choose 1 size or 2 size larger than you usual size , it will be more relax and comfortable.

Q3: Will it shrink or fade?

--A3: We had do some test, and promise it won’t shrink or fade after washing.

Q4:Does it has a bad smell or itch you?

--A4: No bad smell to be found, and we made of soft and high quality material, it won't itch you, don’t worry.

Q5:Is it the same color as in the picture?

--A5:We try our best to make color is the same with our pullover, but please know that color may be lighter or darker due to the different PC display.

Q6:How to clean it?

--A6:The heated jacket is washable. When you clean it with washing machine, we suggested that you put it to the laundry bag to protect the heating plate. (DO NOT bleach, iron, wring dry, dry-clean the heated vest.)
