Touch Screen Not Functional

Hello, I purchased this Acer laptop based on the product listing which clearly stated that it has a touchscreen. However, after receiving and testing the device, I confirmed that the touchscreen function is not available. In Device Manager, there is no “HID-compliant touch screen” listed, indicating that this is not a touchscreen model. This appears to be either a listing error or an incorrect item shipment. I would like to request an exchange for the correct touchscreen model or a full refund. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you.
