Got the Run around before receiving refund

After four emails requesting to return items for a full refund my refund was finally received. In the first email I informed The seller of the very worn looking egg chair cushions kept trying to get me to accept a partial refund and keep the cushions! However in the first email I stated that the cushions were unacceptable. Finally I received an email telling me to return item to Walmart but Walmart didn't accept them because of it being a third party seller. At this point I sent a final email requesting a full refund and told seller that I was getting the run around since I'd already told them that my ripped cushions looked better than the purchased ones and I asked them to refund my money in the first email. Finally resolved but I will not buy again from this seller again
