These bags are great for being able to marinade, freeze and sous vide larger cuts of meat such as an 8.5 pound pork shoulder roast, whole chicken or turkey. The gussets on the sides to allow the bag to expand allows a larger capacity and the quality of the bags are great.

These expandable rolls are amazing- you can freeze a whole casserole, in the (freezer safe only) dish! Turkey carcass to make soup later? Just dump it in there! They are fantastic. Just leave enough space at the top to fold the sides in- easy if you are patient with it- and you can freeze almost anything
