El Gringo (DVD), Warner Home Video, Action & Adventure

The film has a la "Desperado" kind of theme, lots of ACTION sequences, & great stylized directing in the vein of old Spaghetti westerns. SCOTT ADKINS pulls it off as THE MAN with his action skills, handling the sheriff to the town's gang. But the standout role goes to EL GRINGO's leading lady YVETTE YATES who pulls it together with her sultriness and fierceness that draws you in the film. Of course there's a love scene, and the chemistry between both sizzles on screen. She's one to watch and hope to see her in more films. If you just want to sit down, relax and be entertained, this is a go to keeper.
