Fantastic product!
I don't have an outdoor hot water source so I was very excited to try this product with my farm animals and older dog who is not comfortable in the bathtub. It was easy to hook up, understand the settings, comfortable to hold, had consistent, strong pressure, and was warm! It did get a little cooler when I used it for a long period of time with the final rinse off, but other than that it was great. The price point is a little high but I'm looking forward to using this again in cooler temperatures and having happier pets. *I couldn't get the photos and videos to upload but have them available if I can send them to an email address.

When it worked it was great
I purchased this product at the Royal Canin Dog Show in Orlando. I only used a few times no issue. Our hot water tank went out so we used our Rheem Hot wave until we could replace our hot water tank (in a RV) We used it maybe 6 times and it stopped working completely. Can't find anyway to contact any support to see if could be fixed or not
