The Complete Fractured Fairy Tales

When I saw that the ENTIRE collection of Fractured Fairy Tales (that's 91 episodes) was available on DVD, I had to order it! Anyone who is still a child at heart will enjoy these classic cartoons that originated as brief excerpts in the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. The stories are hilarious and never-boring. And the narrator for each laugh-filled episode is the amazing talented, and dearly missed Edward Everett Horton. A word of caution-- as noted on other sites that have reviews of this product. Disc 2 is very "DVD player picky." Do not ask me why it just is. My situation was that Disc 2 for some odd reason would play perfectly on my living room SONY DVD player, but it would loop the episode "Son of Beauty and the Beast" on my MAGNOVOX DVD player and the only way to watch all the episodes on Disc 2 would be to stop the DVD, go back to the main menu, and select each episode individually. This got old very, very quickly. The solution--buy another SONY DVD player (I was meaning to replace MAGNOVOX DVD player for a long time anyway). SUCCESS! Once again on the SONY DVD player Disc 2 worked perfectly. This is a must-have in any cartoon lovers DVD library. It's at a great price too! Buy it now!

I used to watch these when I was really young. I haven't been able to find a collection like this before now. Now my five year old can watch these "dysfunctional" funnies and we can laugh together. Full of puns and old fashion clean script they just can't be beat!
