Wrong color shipped twice!

Ordered Classic Crewe Recliner in Performance Cream, but seller (Homesquare) shipped gray. Returned gray for refund and re-ordered cream. Received gray again. (Both written order confirmations indicated that I ordered Performance Cream) Tried to call seller, never got anyone, so sent emails. Walmart replied that my issue was forwarded to seller (Homesquare), but I never heard back from seller. This was during Christmas and New Year period, but still not an excuse for not responding to my inquiries over a two week period. I returned second wrong color chair for refund only, NO reorder! It took forever to get returned chairs picked up, even though on returns I selected pickup dates for chair, no one showed up. I tried to call seller regarding their schedule of pick-ups, never got anyone. We finally call FedEx direct and they came to pick up both chairs. I reordered same cream colored chair through Amazon from different seller and it's on the way. Have yet to receive refund for two chairs from Walmart, so I have money tied up in 3 chairs now. My biggest surprise was trying to call Walmart to discuss problem. With online ordering, everything is geared to chats, or email; finding a phone number on line to call Walmart customer service was difficult.
